DR. AZZAM
 

Dr. Azzam is double boarded in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.

He earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his residency in Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After finishing his residency he went on to complete his fellowship in Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Azzam believes in providing the highest quality of care to all his patients and takes pride in the treatment he gives to all his patients. His goal is to provide a multidisciplinary approach to treating pain to minimize narcotic use by using a variety of interventional procedures, Physical Rehabilitation, and non-narcotic medications. He specializes in a variety of interventional treatments including injections, spinal cord stimulators, and kyphoplasty.

In his free time, Dr. Azzam enjoys spending time with his family and 5 year old son.  He also enjoys playing soccer weekly and watching football and basketball. He also loves to travel to explore and experience new cuisines.
